FAQ

• Orders placed until 17:00 CET are shipped on the same day.
• After the order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to specified email address.
• Once the items have been shipped, an another mail will be sent with the track number.
• Currently there is no delivery outside of the EU. Hopefully this will change in the near future.

Orders

• In case an item is not in stock, it is still possible to place an order. It will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.
• Orders cannot be changed after ordering. Make sure the order is as you desire to avoid disappointments. Also make sure to double check the delivery address and contact info.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders can be tracked with the track and trace code provided per mail.
• Yugn is not responsible for any shipping error in case of an issue with the carrier.
• If an order has passed its delivery time, the first step would be to send a mail to support@yugnofficial.com with your order number. Your order will be reviewed and further assistance will follow.

Return and refunds

• Orders can be returned within 14 days after purchase. No questions asked. After receiving the order, there will be an inspection of the current state for approval. When approved the order will be refunded within 2 weeks.
• Every item is hand inspected before shipment to make sure there are no defects. If you still received a wrong or damaged item, take a picture and send it to support@yugnofficial.com. It will be reviewed and further assistance will follow. Please be patient as the process can take up to 5 business days.

• To participate simply follow @yugnofficial on Instagram and Tiktok.
• Post your best shot rocking your Yugn piece. 
• Make sure to tag @yugnofficial in your post. Every post is noticed, we got you.
• At the start of every month a winner will be picked randomly.
• The winner will be given a €50 code to run on the site. Code available site-wide. There are no limits. Goodluck!
