At Yugn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Policy

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, to qualify for a return.
• Unfortunately, customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

How to return a product?

• Send an email to support@yugnofficial.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• We will then send you instructions on how to return the product.
• Pack the product securely and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
• Ship the package to the provided return address.

Return shipping costs

• The costs for returning products are at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping service with a track & trace option so you can track your return.
• Tip: Always keep your shipping receipt until we have processed the return.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 5 business days to the same payment method used when placing the order. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
